Ben Levine

Director & Partner, TRUE Global Intelligence

Ben leads FleishmanHillard UK’s research and analytics practice, TRUE Global Intelligence, supporting clients with the development and implementation of multi-channel measurement programmes, as well as research focused on brand performance, reputation, and deep audience understanding. Ben has 15+ years of experience helping to transform data and analytics into relevant and actionable insights for clients across a variety of sectors, such as Samsung, Bayer, IATA, and Facebook.

Previously, Ben was vice president of global analytics at Ketchum where he worked for more than 10 years delivering evaluation and intelligence services to clients such as DSM, Philips, Mastercard, Pfizer, and Booking.com, both in New York and London.

In addition, Ben is an active thought leader and contributor to the PR evaluation industry and has spoken about research and measurement at industry conferences from London, to Amsterdam, Lisbon, Slovenia, Dubai and Bangkok. He helped to shape the direction of AMEC (the International Association for the Measurement & Evaluation of Communications) serving on its International Board of Directors from 2015 to 2021. During that time, he supported with the development and launch of AMEC’s Measurement Maturity Mapper and with the Barcelona Principles 3.0 update in 2020. Ben has a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of New Hampshire and studied print journalism at Boston University.
