The CBB is comprised of 101 Board members that consist of U.S. beef, dairy, and veal producers, as well as importers of beef and beef products. In addition, the CBB has nine different contractors that carry out Beef Checkoff-funded programs. Since early 2020, he has led global research for the World Health Organization to evaluate and advise on its communication in relation to COVID-19 and World Health Days.
