Ben Levine ist AMEC Board Director und Partner bei TRUE Global Intelligence. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Weiterentwicklung der weltweit anerkannten Barcelona Principles wird den Fokus der Kommunikationsbranche auf Bereiche wie Inklusion, Wirksamkeit und Integrit\u00e4t weiter sch\u00e4rfen.<br \/>\nEs ist \u00fcber 10 Jahre her, dass die Barcelona Principles erstmals einen branchenweiten Konsens \u00fcber die Messung und Evaluierung von Kommunikation erzielt haben. Das letzte Update der Prinzipien gab es vor f\u00fcnf Jahren. In einer schnell wachsenden Kommunikationsbranche hat sich seither viel ver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Barcelona Principles 3.0. erkennen an, dass g\u00e4ngige Praktiken aus den Jahren 2010\u20132015 heute \u00fcberholt sind. Dabei gab es vor allem in den vergangenen 2\u20133 Jahren bahnbrechende Entwicklungen. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erweitern die Barcelona Principles von 2020 ihre Relevanz, indem sie ein viel breiteres und diverseres Spektrum an Organisationen und Rollen innerhalb der Kommunikationsbranche ber\u00fccksichtigen. Ziele setzen ist die Voraussetzung f\u00fcr Planung, Messung und Evaluierung von Kommunikation. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Das SMART-Prinzip (Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, Time-bound) als Grundlage f\u00fcr die Kommunikationsplanung bekommt eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Bedeutung. Die Kommunikationsmessung wird zu einer Schl\u00fcsselkomponente des Planungsprozesses, indem sie die gew\u00fcnschten Ergebnisse formuliert und festlegt, wie die Fortschritte auf dem Weg dorthin bewertet werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-khc2j420-44cdd1dd23891ac49e21fe772bc3cc0a '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>2. Messung und Evaluierung sollen Outputs (Produkte), Outcomes (Ergebnisse) und Impact (die m\u00f6gliche Wirkung) bestimmen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In der letzten Fassung der Barcelona Principles wurde empfohlen, nicht nur die unmittelbaren Ergebnisse (Outputs) von Kommunikationsma\u00dfnahmen aufzuz\u00e4hlen, sondern auch die Wirkung von Kommunikation (Impact) zu messen. Die aktualisierten Prinzipien gehen noch weiter und empfehlen, die langfristigen Auswirkungen (Outcomes) zu ber\u00fccksichtigen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-khc2j420-44cdd1dd23891ac49e21fe772bc3cc0a '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>3. Ergebnisse (Impacts) und Wirkungen (Outcomes) sollen aus der Sicht von Stakeholdern, Gesellschaft und Organisation evaluiert werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In der urspr\u00fcnglichen Fassung waren Gesch\u00e4ftsmetriken wie Verkaufs- und Umsatzzahlen ausschlaggebend f\u00fcr die Messung von Ergebnissen und Wirkung. Die Fassung von 2020 bef\u00fcrwortet eine ganzheitlichere Bewertung der Kommunikationsma\u00dfnahmen. Dadurch beziehen die Barcelona Principles 3.0. ein breiteres Spektrum an Organisationen mit ein, auch solche, die nicht gewinnorientiert arbeiten und sich an anderen qualitativen Kennzahlen messen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-khc2j420-44cdd1dd23891ac49e21fe772bc3cc0a '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>4. Messung und Evaluierung sollen nach quantitativen und qualitativen Parametern erfolgen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Um die Wirkung der Kommunikationsma\u00dfnahmen zu verstehen, muss die gesamte Palette an Methoden angewendet werden&#8220;, fasst Levine die Entwicklung dieses Prinzips zusammen. Es geht nicht nur darum, Ergebnisse zu quantifizieren, sondern zu verstehen, wie Botschaften aufgenommen werden, wie glaubw\u00fcrdig sie sind und wie sie interpretiert werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-khc2j420-44cdd1dd23891ac49e21fe772bc3cc0a '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>5. Werbewerte entsprechen nicht dem Wert von Kommunikation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die Aussage dieses Prinzips bleibt klar und deutlich: &#8222;Wir glauben weiterhin, dass Werbewerte nicht den Wert unserer Arbeit widerspiegeln.&#8220; Es ist wichtig, dass die Messung und Evaluierung von Kommunikation einen umfassenderen, differenzierteren und facettenreicheren Ansatz verwendet, um die Wirkung von Kommunikation zu messen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-khc2j420-44cdd1dd23891ac49e21fe772bc3cc0a '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>6. Umfassende Analyse umfasst alle relevanten Online- und Offline-Kan\u00e4le.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unser urspr\u00fcngliches Prinzip, dass auch soziale Medien gemessen werden k\u00f6nnen und sollen, steht heute au\u00dfer Frage. Die aktualisierte Fassung von 2020 ber\u00fccksichtigt die Tatsache, dass heute alle sozialen Kan\u00e4le gleichwertig gemessen und bewertet werden k\u00f6nnen. Das AMEC Measurement Framework schafft Klarheit in der Abgrenzung von PESO Media (Paid, Earned, Shared, Owned). Damit wird ein einheitlicher Ansatz bei der Bewertung der einzelnen Kan\u00e4le sichergestellt.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-khc2j420-44cdd1dd23891ac49e21fe772bc3cc0a '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p><strong>7. Messung und Evaluierung von Kommunikation basieren auf Integrit\u00e4t und Transparenz, damit Erkenntnisse und Lerneffekte m\u00f6glich werden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Eine vern\u00fcnftige, konsistente und nachhaltige Messung von Kommunikation erfordert Integrit\u00e4t und Transparenz. Nur so wird sie den aktuellen Anforderungen von Datensicherheit und Verwaltung gerecht, bei denen Unternehmen mit immer neuen Regularien wie der DSGVO konfrontiert werden. Dieses Prinzip betont auch, dass Kommunikationsmessung nicht nur das blo\u00dfe Sammeln von Daten ist. Vielmehr ist es wichtig, aus den Erkenntnissen zu lernen und das Erlernte in der Kommunikationsplanung anzuwenden. Dieses Prinzip erkennt an, dass der Kontext, in dem Programme angewendet werden, immer transparent sein muss. Zudem sollte man sich m\u00f6glichen Verzerrungseffekten bei verwendeten Tools, Methoden und Interpretationen immer bewusst sein.<\/p>\n<p>Die Barcelona Principles 3.0. sind das Ergebnis einer weltweiten Zusammenarbeit. Die Prinzipien wurden entwickelt, damit sie in einer Welt, in der Kommunikatorinnen und Kommunikatoren heute arbeiten, angewendet werden k\u00f6nnen. Diese Entwicklung wird auch in den kommenden Jahren fortgesetzt werden.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/p><\/div>\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\"
