(Likely &amp; Watson, 2013). Um bom trabalho tem sido feito e com progressos significativos, como a Declara\u00e7\u00e3o de Barcelona de Princ\u00edpios de Medi\u00e7\u00e3o (AMEC, 2015). O Quadro de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Integrada AMEC \u00e9 uma iniciativa importante neste desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n<p>Para desenvolver este Quadro de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Integrada, a AMEC tem trabalhado e continua em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com muitas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es ao redor do mundo, com profissionais da ind\u00fastria e l\u00edderes acad\u00eamicos no campo da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o e pesquisa de ci\u00eancias sociais.<\/p>\n<p>Um importante avan\u00e7o apresentado neste quadro \u00e9 que a AMEC olhou al\u00e9m dos modelos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de RP para outros campos e disciplinas, incluindo a gest\u00e3o de desempenho, administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, desenvolvimento organizacional, publicidade e marketing.<\/p>\n<p>A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de programas \u00e9 um campo muito desenvolvido, especialmente na administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, como a teoria da avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de programas e a teoria de campo, ou seja, o conhecimento sobre como e por que as coisas mudam e como pode efetuar a mudan\u00e7a.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro da pr\u00e1tica de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de programa de administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica e tais campos como gerenciamento de projetos e modelos l\u00f3gicos s\u00e3o amplamente utilizados como modelos pr\u00e1ticos de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Enquanto alguns modelos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de RP e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam aplicado modelos l\u00f3gicos de programa, muito do conhecimento e recursos em outros campos t\u00eam sido negligenciados, resultando em oportunidades perdidas, fragmenta\u00e7\u00e3o, e &#8220;reinven\u00e7\u00e3o da roda&#8221;.<br \/>\nAo chegar a outras disciplinas e \u00e1reas de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, tais como a administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica e estudos de gest\u00e3o, bem como disciplinas das ci\u00eancias sociais, como a psicologia social, este quadro \u00e9 capaz de identificar abordagens utilizadas e melhores pr\u00e1ticas como base para standards.<\/p>\n<p>Por exemplo, enquanto os modelos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de RP comumente identificam tr\u00eas ou quatro est\u00e1gios de programas e campanhas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211; por exemplo, entradas, sa\u00eddas, resultados e, \u00e0s vezes, rea\u00e7\u00f5es &#8211; e outros modelos de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de RP introduzem novos termos como outflows (fuga\/vazamento) e outgrowths (consequ\u00eancia\/resultado), os modelos l\u00f3gicos de programa que s\u00e3o amplamente utilizados em muitas ind\u00fastrias em todo o mundo incluem :<\/p>\n<p>Modelo L\u00f3gico de Programa da Kellogg Foundation (Kellogg Foundation, 1998\/2004), que identifica cinco fases fundamentais &#8211; entradas, atividades, sa\u00eddas, resultados e impacto. J. McGuire (1985, 2001) no The Handbook of Social Psychology, e a matriz de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o-persuas\u00e3o.
