Veel van de traditionele evaluatiemethoden en technieken per kanaal voldoen niet langer nu communicatie veelal ge\u00efntegreerd wordt benaderd om de nodige impact te bereiken. De tijd van een aparte strategie voor reclame (paid), voor PR (earned), voor de inzet van eigen middelen (owned) en voor social (shared) is voorbij en evaluatie zal zich daarop moeten aanpassen.<\/p>\n<p>Daarbij wordt van communicatieprofessionals verwacht dat ze proberen het werkelijke effect van hun werk aan te tonen op de organisatiedoelstellingen en niet te blijven hangen in de content en bereik daarvan alleen, zoals de afgelopen twintig jaar gebruikelijk was.<\/p>\n<p id=\"u1889-8\">AMEC\u2019s new Integrated Evaluation framework shows how to do this.<\/p>\n<p>AMEC\u2019s nieuwe Ge\u00efntegreerd Evaluatie Framework laat zien hoe een moderne ge\u00efntegreerde aanpak kan werken. Het framework is interactief en neemt je stap voor stap mee in het totale proces van doelstelling, planvorming en resultaatmeting op verschillende niveaus. Op het gebied van outputs (wat heb je gedaan in termen van tweets, persberichten, advertenties?), outtakes, (wat heeft de doelgroep ervan mee gekregen?), outcomes (wat is het effect op de doelgroep?) en impact (wat is het effect op de organisatie?). Bij iedere stap kan je meer informatie vinden en suggesties voor te hanteren meetmethoden. Let wel: je moet nog steeds zelf aan de slag. De tool is geen invuloefening waar een standaardgetal of waarde uit komt. Aanpassen mag dus!<\/p>\n<p>Het framework vervangt zowel AMEC\u2019s eerdere <em>Valid Metrics<\/em> als het Social Media Measurement Framework.
