odmak od pro\u0161losti kada je fokus bio na analizi sadr\u017eaja kao posrednom sredstvu za mjerenje komunikacijskih aktivnosti. Svi\u0111alo vam se to ili ne, \u017eivimo u svijetu u kojem dobar dio metrike na koju smo se u pro\u0161losti oslanjali za mjerenje djelotvornosti komunikacije gubi na relevantnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medijski univerzum \u0161iri se u pogledu kanala i vrsta medija, ali se su\u017eava u pogledu publike i pozornosti. Kako se kanali fragmentiraju prema pla\u0107enim i zaslu\u017eenim objavama, dru\u0161tvenim i vlastitim medijima, mjerenje komunikacijske produkcije na stari na\u010din, kroz koli\u010dine, dojmove i dosege, a da pritom dobijemo pouzdane i svrsishodne podatke, postaje sve te\u017ee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suo\u010deni smo s izazovom dobivanja preciznih podataka iz medija koji u odre\u0111enim situacijama te informacije taje, dok je u svijetu interneta jednostavno krivotvoriti dobivene brojke. Kao rezultat toga, koli\u010dine i dojmovi vi\u0161e se ne mogu smatrati naro\u010dito zna\u010dajnom mjerom koja bi predstavljala ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od pukog pokazatelja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na godi\u0161njoj konferenciji PR stru\u010dnjaka u Norve\u0161koj u o\u017eujku 2016. odr\u017eao sam kratku 20-minutnu prezentaciju u kojoj sam ovo dodatno elaborirao. Ne brinite, na engleskome je!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><br \/>\n<br \/>\n<section  class='av_textblock_section av-av_textblock-35972167d9f102c5ddaec0c531c98b9e '   itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock'  itemprop=\"text\" ><p>Kada ovim izazovima dodamo novu stvarnost integriranog svijeta gdje se od PR stru\u010dnjaka o\u010dekuje da rade u cijelom rasponu pla\u0107enih, zaslu\u017eenih, vlastitih i dru\u0161tvenih objava, jasno je da moramo napraviti pomak u razmi\u0161ljanju. Moramo prije\u0107i s mjerenja isklju\u010divo komunikacijske produkcije na dokazivanje vrijednosti svog truda promatranjem inicijalnih reakcija i rezultata koji proizlaze iz na\u0161eg rada.<\/p>\n<p id=\"u4634-2\">AMEC-ov Okvir za integrirano vrednovanje radi upravo to \u2013 postavlja jasnu i jednostavnu metodu za pri\u010danje pri\u010de o sjajnim odnosima s javno\u0161\u0107u od ciljeva do ciljane publike, planiranja, nastojanja, aktivnosti, komunikacijske produkcije, inicijalnih reakcija, rezultata i u\u010dinka na poslovanje. Ili oti\u0161li na pi\u0107e. Gotovo da ih mogu zamisliti. \u0160u\u0161kanje papirima, naka\u0161ljavanje i igranje s onom ru\u010dicom na stolcu koja naizgled nema jasnu funkciju. Bilo \u0161to, samo da se izbjegne neugodna istina da nismo bili ba\u0161 sjajni u mjerenju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ali stvari su se unatrag nekoliko godina po\u010dele mijenjati. Sve ve\u0107a spoznaja o strate\u0161koj vrijednosti komunikacija u upravama dru\u0161tava, kao i rastu\u0107a o\u010dekivanja da se potro\u0161nja opravda vidljivim u\u010dinkom na poslovanje, doveli su do pove\u0107ane va\u017enosti mjerenja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, i dalje smatram da je nedostatak postupka, metodologije, standarda ili jasne taksonomije za dobro mjerenje zaustavio razvoj industrije. To je posebice slu\u010daj unutar agencija, koje \u010desto obavljaju puno posla vezanog uz mjerenje i vrednovanje (u suradnji s vanjskim dobavlja\u010dima).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taj nedostatak jasnoga okvira za mjerenje zna\u010dio je da su mjerenja \u010desto bila usmjerena na komunikacijsku produkciju i komunikacijske u\u010dinke. Ali \u0161to je s poslovnim rezultatima? Na koji je na\u010din neka kampanja ili aktivnost utjecala na svijest? Je li pove\u0107ala javno zagovaranje? Je li zabilje\u017een pomak u prihva\u0107anju od strane krajnjih korisnika? Je li dovela do pove\u0107anja potra\u017enje za proizvodom ili uslugom?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Takav na\u010din mjerenja i dalje je slabije zastupljen (iako je u porastu). Ali po mom mi\u0161ljenju, a to je uostalom i pogled iz perspektive jedne agencije, uvijek se moramo pitati i, \u0161to je jo\u0161 va\u017enije, dati odgovor na jedno jednostavno pitanje: &#8220;Kako \u0107e to \u0161to radim koristiti poslovanju mog klijenta?&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O kakvom god poslovnom cilju da se radi, to je ono na \u0161to se trebamo usredoto\u010diti i ono \u0161to trebamo mjeriti. Ako znamo \u0161to je bitno za poslovanje, bit \u0107e nam lak\u0161e stvoriti relevantan okvir za mjerenje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upravo je iz tog razloga klju\u010dno prihvatiti i usvojiti novi interaktivni okvir za mjerenje razvijen od strane Me\u0111unarodnog udru\u017eenja za mjerenje i vrednovanje komunikacije (AMEC). Novi interaktivni okvir korisnicima daje jasnu metodologiju i taksonomiju za razvoj jasnog i mjerljivog komunikacijskog plana te vrednovanja uspjeha istoga. On korisnicima pru\u017ea alat s jasnim koracima te, \u0161to je najva\u017enije, daje im sredstvo za demonstraciju u\u010dinka na poslovanje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mnogi \u0107e re\u0107i da za prikaz ishoda u smislu u\u010dinaka na poslovanje trebate sakupiti podatke iz vi\u0161e dijelova organizacije. To je to\u010dno. Me\u0111utim, uz kori\u0161tenje interaktivnog alata barem \u0107ete znati o kojim se podacima radi, tko ih posjeduje i kako se uklapaju u integrirane komunikacijske napore za koje \u010desto svojim klijentima tvrdite da ih isporu\u010dujete!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To je razlog za\u0161to nam klijenti trebaju pokazati svoje podatke. Ako imamo pristup podacima, mo\u017eemo mjeriti svoj rad na na\u010din koji je u puno ve\u0107oj mjeri strate\u0161ki odre\u0111en. To educiranim stru\u010dnjacima daje mogu\u0107nost da steknu novi uvid, koji bi mogao utjecati na kampanju, promjenu pristupa i bolji u\u010dinak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Naravno, ponekad je te\u0161ko pokazati \u0161to je rezultat svakog pojedinog dijela marketin\u0161kog miksa, ali pravi alati \u010desto \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i u tome. Imao sam puno poku\u0161aja uvjeravanja ljudi koliko je uspje\u0161na komunikacija na\u0161e agencije pisanjem i ure\u0111ivanjem radova za razne nagrade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S druge strane, tako\u0111er sam bio na mnogim prezentacijama i sastancima te imao veliku \u010dast da mogu sjediti u \u017eiriju mnogih presti\u017enih dodjela nagrada, slu\u0161aju\u0107i ili \u010ditaju\u0107i izlo\u017eene argumente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sve me to uvjerilo u jednu stvar vi\u0161e od svega: mo\u017eete na raspolaganju imati sve podatke na svijetu, ali ako ne mo\u017eete pru\u017eiti dokaze na jasan, jednostavan i uvjerljiv na\u010din, nikoga ne\u0107ete mo\u0107i uvjeriti da je va\u0161a kampanja bila u\u010dinkovita. Na\u010din na koji \u0107ete to re\u0107i jednako je va\u017ean, ako ne i va\u017eniji, od onoga \u0161to ka\u017eete.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dakle, kada ljude poku\u0161avate uvjeriti u u\u010dinkovitost komunikacije, nemojte biti samo pisac eseja, ispri\u010dajte im pri\u010du.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1. NAPRAVITE PLAN PRI\u010cE<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dobre pri\u010de imaju \u010dvrst tijek naracije. Ljudima toplo preporu\u010dujem da krenu od novog interaktivnog okvira koji predla\u017ee AMEC jer va\u0161oj pri\u010di mo\u017ee dati jednostavnu strukturu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jedna od naj\u010de\u0161\u0107ih pogre\u0161aka u tekstovima o u\u010dinkovitosti je &#8220;zatrpavanje podacima&#8221;, odnosno izno\u0161enje svih statisti\u010dkih podataka odjednom, bez posebnog redoslijeda. Ljudskom je mozgu te\u0161ko apsorbirati toliko informacija ove vrste. Slijede\u0107i ovaj okvir, svoje informacije prirodno razla\u017eete na lak\u0161e probavljive cjeline.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ra\u0161\u010dlamba informacija zahtijeva odre\u0111eni trud. Na povr\u0161ini mo\u017ee biti prili\u010dno zbunjuju\u0107e shvatiti razliku izme\u0111u &#8220;komunikacijske produkcije&#8221;, &#8220;inicijalnih reakcija&#8221; i &#8220;komunikacijskog u\u010dinjka&#8221;, ali u stvarnosti nije toliko komplicirano ako tome posvetite malo vremena i slijedite jednostavne definicije koje su navedene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Okvir vam omogu\u0107uje da uspostavite veze izme\u0111u svojih poruka, promjena u stavu i pona\u0161anju i komercijalnog ili dru\u0161tvenog u\u010dinka, korak po korak. Inspiraciju mo\u017eete potra\u017eiti u najboljim filmovima sa stranice TED Talks \u2013 mnogi od njih imaju jednostavan naslov koji \u0107e vam privu\u0107i pa\u017enju; naslov mo\u017ee biti smion, inspirativan, dvosmislen \u2013 va\u017eno je da stavite ne\u0161to stimuliraju\u0107e i provokativno \u0161to \u0107e ljude natjerati da dalje slu\u0161aju ili \u010ditaju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sada osmislite jednominutnu verziju pri\u010de, ne\u0161to sli\u010dno tekstu na pole\u0111ini omota knjige koji vas tjera da pro\u010ditate vi\u0161e; nakon toga prije\u0111ite na petominutnu verziju s naslovima za svaki dio okvira i na kraju zavr\u0161ite s punom verzijom pri\u010de od dvadeset minuta. Ovaj vas proces tjera da odredite prioritetne informacije za svaki dio.
