Bien que des avanc\u00e9es significatives aient \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9es, notamment la D\u00e9claration des Principes de Mesure de Barcelone (AMEC, 2015), les praticiens doivent encore naviguer dans un \u00e9ventail divers et souvent d\u00e9routant de mod\u00e8les, mesures et m\u00e9thodes, sans normes claires. Cela explique en partie pourquoi de nombreux professionnels ne basent toujours pas leur \u00e9valuation sur des m\u00e9thodes rigoureuses.<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs organisations du secteur ont reconnu la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9laborer des normes pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation et de fournir aux praticiens des outils bas\u00e9s sur les meilleures pratiques. Le Cadre d&rsquo;\u00c9valuation Int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de l\u2019AMEC constitue une initiative majeure dans cette d\u00e9marche.<br \/>\nDans le d\u00e9veloppement de ce cadre, AMEC a collabor\u00e9 \u2013 et continue de collaborer \u2013 avec de nombreuses organisations \u00e0 travers le monde, des praticiens et des universitaires de premier plan dans les domaines de l\u2019\u00e9valuation et de la recherche en sciences sociales.<br \/>\nUne perc\u00e9e importante dans ce cadre est que l\u2019AMEC a \u00e9largi sa perspective au-del\u00e0 des mod\u00e8les d\u2019\u00e9valuation des RP pour inclure d\u2019autres disciplines telles que la gestion de la performance, l\u2019administration publique, le d\u00e9veloppement organisationnel, ainsi que la publicit\u00e9 et le marketing.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9valuation des programmes est un domaine hautement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9, en particulier dans l\u2019administration publique, avec un corpus th\u00e9orique tel que la th\u00e9orie de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des programmes et la th\u00e9orie du changement \u2013 c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire la compr\u00e9hension du fonctionnement et des m\u00e9canismes du changement. Dans ces domaines, les mod\u00e8les logiques de programmes sont largement utilis\u00e9s comme outils pratiques de mise en \u0153uvre.
