Through examples and industry best practices, this session will introduce the World Bank Measurement and Evaluation Framework for Communications, and a new Guide for Communications Measurement aimed at helping communication staff at the World Bank Group apply the framework and learn best measurement practices. The session will close with a case study on how the framework was used to measure the impact of the Human Capital Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Plan.
