This new e-book, published as a part of Measurement Month 2019, contains 11 articles written by AMEC members from all over the globe on a range of different topics related to measurement and evaluation.
The title of this year’s e-book is “Evolving Communication Measurement”, which is a central theme to many of the articles – ranging from e.g. how to embrace failing and learning from it, to the consequences of new technology being rapidly introduced into the practice. How do you convince a client to start doing more effective measurement? And how do you measure and evaluate PR work done outside the traditional ‘comfort zone’ of media relations – for instance with influencers?
