Corporate Communication Practitioners. She completed Bachelor in Management from Padjadjaran University, Master in Business from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), and Doctor of Communication with Cum Laude predicate, with a Dissertation on Risk & Health Communication in Vaccine from Padjadjaran University, and English Communications, from Nanyang Polytechnic Singapore. She is a lecturer at The School of Business and Management (SBM) Institut Teknologi Bandung, and Director of Communication & Alumni Relations of SBM ITB. Having more than 20 years of experience, at the state-owned enterprise Bio Farma, with the last position as Head of Corporate Communication and she has occupied several structural and strategic positions. Writes academic articles and has been published in various reputable journals indexed by SCOPUS.
She has the experience and capability to speak in international conferences related to Media & Communications, as well as being directly involved in managing corporate communication & marketing; leading in handling crisis communication and handling public communication. She is the author of best seller books “Public Relations in the era of Artificial Intelligence” dan Corporate Communication. She has received some achievements such as 50 of the best Indonesia Public Relations (PR) (2019), The best spokesperson for Pharma (2019), Insan PR Indonesia (2016), Tokoh PR Inspirational (Inspirational PR Figure) 2015, and the Best Public Relations Manager 2014 of BUMN, the best of Secretary Award in Asia Pacific (Mumbai-India, 2006).

Johna has more than 30 years of experience in PR, communication, and marketing. Leading the PR and investor relations efforts at a Fortune 500 company provided first-hand experience in the challenges and trials of PR professionals. During her career, Johna has managed regional and national business lines, including responsibility for production, sales, HR, finance, and the overall client experience, which further developed her understanding of P&L and the impact of communication. Her success and expertise give her unique experience and perspective, making her a tireless advocate of tying communication efforts to business results. Johna is a PR News Measurement and ICCO Hall of Fame member, AMEC Fellow, PRCA Fellow, and Diversity Action Alliance (DAA) Supervisory Committee member and serves on the IPR Measurement Commission and recently was awarded the Jack Felton Lifetime Achievement Award from the IPR.

As a certified Public Relations Manager with over 13 years of extensive communications expertise, she currently holds the position of Head of Communications Management System & Partnership at PT Astra International Tbk. In this capacity, she has spearheaded efforts to enhance communication measurement, particularly within the context of AMEC standards.
Siddhartha Mukherjee is the founder of Brand Balance, a unique Management Consultancy dedicated to supporting CXOs in Corporate Brand Reputation ERP (Efforts, Resources & Processes) Management. Brand Balance service offerings of Consultancy, Advisory, Audit, and Training are deeply rooted in Measurement and Data Analytics.
With a career spanning 25 years, Siddhartha is often regarded as a professional with a unique blend of experiences. He has worked across domains, including Measurement & Data Analytics, Corporate Communications, and PR Firm leadership. Siddhartha has held senior leadership roles in notable organizations such as the Nielsen-Kantar JV and PR firms like Burson-Marsteller, Lintas, and Hill & Knowlton.
His unwavering mission is to bridge the gap between the PR and Corporate Communications sphere and the boardroom by leveraging Measurement and Data Analytics. Over the years, through his industry forum talks and published articles, Siddhartha has consistently advocated that “PR needs PR” but will remain mere rhetoric without the essential components of Measurement and Data Analytics. He firmly believes that the transformation of Corporate Communications from a cost center to a revenue center can only be achieved by taking control of the measurement framework.

The love for communications came after his career in radio as a Radio Broadcaster until General Manager. Entered into the madness of advertising-brand consulting as an Account Executive at McCann-Erickson. Then continued to build experience by joining a couple of brand agencies such as Bates, Publicis and DDB as the Group Account Director.
Entered the corporate life, as the Manager-Head of Internal Relations, Corporate Communications at Astra, determined to strengthen the corporate values across the group and make an impact in the world of brand communications.
Now with bigger tasks, he roles as General Manager-Head of Corporate Communications at Astra and holds other positions within the organization.
On weekends he spends his time as a Program Facilitator at Talk Inc Consulting Corporation, specifically on Public Speaking Classes.
He is also the Chairman of The Indonesian Public Relations Association, PERHUMAS, and Board Member of Global Alliance.
Wulan Suling brings nearly 20 years of communication experience to the table. She kickstarted her career in consultancy, gaining versatile experience across industries, from FMCG and Finance to Mining, Fisheries, and Agriculture. For close to a decade, she was instrumental in the success of one of Indonesia’s leading integrated agribusiness companies, expanding its global footprint and establishing a robust communication division.
Wulan holds a degree in Integrated Communication Management from Utrecht University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Beyond her career, she’s deeply passionate about early education, currently spearheading a project to improve 350 remote area daycares into high-quality educational centres.
Rob is a global strategy leader who has worked across brand, creative, media and communications agencies. He has pioneered integrated strategy and research practices across communicationdisciplines for top tier brands such as adidas, Apple, Microsoft and P&G. At Dataxet, he is focusing on frameworks that turn real-time, mass scale data into brand activation insights.
Felicia has emerged as one of the foremost advocates on communication measurement in Indonesia.
Her work and advocacy has resulted in clients and corporations taking concrete steps toward using meaningful metrics to measure, evaluate and manage their communication programs. It has resulted in her winning recognition from AMEC as one of its Rising Stars during its 25th Anniversary Awards and led her team to win Gold in the prestigious AMEC Awards 2021 for “the Best First Steps on the Measurement Journey” category.
Felicia, who in 2019 became the first Indonesian to complete the AMEC certification in measurement and evaluation for communications, has more than two decades experience in consumer and market analysis as well as business development.
She started her career as an analyst with Australia’s market research company, Roy Morgan Research, in Melbourne in 1995. Felicia then continued her career as an analyst in Australia before returning to Indonesia in 2003 and joined Roy Morgan Research Indonesia where she was appointed General Manager soon after.
Felicia joined Maverick Indonesia in 2011 and today leads the Analytics and Insights team. In 2022 Felicia was appointed as Asia Pacific co-chair and as an International Board Director of AMEC in 2023.
Andrew Perrin is a strategic and corporate communications specialist at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Manila, where he was worked since 2008. He currently serves as an advisor to ADB’s head of communications and manages the business intelligence and digital communications teams. Prior to joining ADB, Andrew worked for 20 years as a journalist in Australia and foreign correspondent in Asia, where he covered the region for TIME magazine. Andrew holds a masters in development communications from Malmo University, Sweden.
