Francis Ingham, the Director General of the PRCA, the Director of LGComms and the Chief Executive of ICCO has been named as the 2021 winner of AMEC’s prestigious Don Bartholomew Award for services to our industry. It is awarded in recognition of an individual’s outstanding contribution to AMEC, and to the wider measurement and evaluation industry.

AMEC Chairman, Richard Bagnall, Co-Managing Partner of CARMA who presented the Award during the virtual ceremony said “The 2021 winner has been instrumental in helping to establish AMEC at the heart of the global communications industry for many, many years. He is a PR and Communication expert, and runs the world’s largest PR and communications professional association. For 15 years he has worked tirelessly in partnership with AMEC to drive education of best practice in measurement and evaluation, which is why I am delighted to present this award”

Francis Ingham, the 2021 Don Bartholomew Award winner said “I have been working with AMEC for 15 years and seen its remarkable growth over those 15 years, which is testimony to the leadership and volunteers who drive the organisation.
