The Government Communications Service of the UK Government in association with AMEC, is hosting an Official Reception for Summit delegates. Please read these notes.
Coaches will take delegates from the Hilton Bankside Hotel, where the Summit is being held to the reception at Durbar Court at the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office, London, on Wednesday 15 June.
Delegates please note:

• Delegates must wear Summit badges for security purposes.
• The building is a high security property. Please do not bring any bags (apart from ladies handbags) to help get through security scanning quickly.

After the drinks reception delegates are free to make their own dinner arrangements – making this an ideal opportunity to make up a party with colleagues from around the world. Restaurant details will be found in the Summit App.
Coaches will arrive outside the Foreign & Commonwealth Office at 8.30pm to collect delegates near a good area for restaurants on London’s South Bank.
